Job Description-:
Seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, inventory management, and warehouse functions. This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth internal processes and efficient material sourcing for the company. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing both inventory and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of warehouse inventory, including tracking stock levels, ensuring timely restocking, and preventing supply shortages.
- Source, negotiate, and pick up materials necessary for various projects, coordinating with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timely delivery.
- Manage uniform contracts for staff, ensuring proper procurement, distribution, and contract renewals.
- Obtain estimates and coordinate small office projects or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact between vendors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of requests.
- Support the leadership team with any additional operational tasks as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in inventory and warehouse management.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and related materials is a plus.
