Job Description
Experience You Will Need
- 7–10+ years in progressive hotel leadership roles
- Prior General Manager experience in a full-service hotel OR strong Assistant General Manager stepping up
- Experience with major branded hotels (Hilton strongly preferred)
- Proven track record managing hotel P&L and financial performance
- Strong exposure to F&B and banquet-driven operations
- Experience in union environments (highly valuable for Long Island market)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
