Summary

We are seeking candidates who have a background in the Fire Protection Sprinkler Industry, Construction, or the Construction Industry.

The General Manager will report directly to the CEO and/or regional VP. Be responsible for daily operations, implementation of policy, short- and long-term planning, tracking and affecting P&L, and building a team to meet the goals.

Experience and Skill Requirements

Experience leading a diverse team of employees in the fire protection or related construction market a MUST. Team leader with a get it done attitude. Emphasis on efficient process and customer satisfaction.
