This role is ideal for a hands-on leader comfortable operating across both field and office environments, with responsibility for operational performance, financial results, and team leadership.You must live locally, all others will not be considered. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide visible, engaged leadership with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and executionOversee operational and financial performance, including budgeting and margin managementGuide project planning, estimating, scheduling, and overall deliveryBuild, develop, and lead a collaborative management teamDrive process improvements across operations, project management, and administrative functionsMonitor project progress, costs, and timelines to improve efficiency and outcomesSupport contract administration, compliance, documentation, and close-out activitiesMaintain effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholdersPartner with ownership and leadership on short- and long-term business strategyPromote the use of systems and technology to improve productivityQualifications10+ years of leadership experience in construction or a similar operational environmentPrior responsibility for running a business unit or major operational function, including financial oversightDemonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operationsExperience with infrastructure, state and local contract work preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsWorking knowledge of industry safety and regulatory standards is a plusThis is a senior leadership opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within a stable, growth-oriented organization.
