General Manager Apply

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a minimum of 40 employees and all related personnel issues
- Provide a safe, professional, fun, and legal workplace
- Communicate frequently with the management team and employees to inform, direct, and inspire
- Build and arrange a team by attracting, recruiting, and retaining qualified applicants
- Ensure proactive training and development of all employees on an ongoing basis
- Provide excellent customer service, quality, and speed of service
- Maintain facility and equipment in like new condition
- Maintain profitability
General Manager Qualifications:
- Must be willing to relocate to a Northeast (U.S.) location after 12-month training period (Company will pay for relocation expenses)
- Demonstrate stable work history
- 2+ years of proven management experience
- Experience directly supervising 10+ employees
- Mechanical experience a plus
- Previous experience working with profit and loss statements a plus
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate
- Excellent communication skills
