Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Tilton, NH. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth delivery of martial arts programs, and manage staff. Responsibilities include administering schedules, maintaining customer relationships, overseeing membership and growth strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Organizational and Operational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, experience in managing business operations, scheduling, and goal-setting.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Knowledge in customer acquisition strategies, sales, and marketing to drive membership and revenue growth.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to address challenges effectively using creative and practical solutions.
  • Passion for Health and Fitness: A background or interest in martial arts, child development, or fitness is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will also be considered.
