Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Execute a food and beverage strategy focused on guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Financial Management: Manage annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and provide regular analysis of sales, labor efficiency, and cost controls.
  • Team Development: Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to maintain high service standards across all outlets.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment while optimizing workflows for both front- and back-of-house.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a visible leader to cultivate guest relationships and collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and high-profile events.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 7–10 years of leadership experience in a similar high-volume or luxury hospitality role is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in financial acumen, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and modern hospitality technologies.


Compensation:

  • Annual Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
  • Bonus: 10% annual bonus potential paid annually
  • Benefits: Industry-leading, comprehensive benefits package
