JHI Auto Company is in need of a General Manager, this is a full time, direct hire position. Only qualified candidates will be screened.

The General Manger will report directly to company owners.

Expectations:

The GM is expected to travel between three locations, West Hazleton, Allentown and Pennsburg. The GM will be responsible for overseeing all operations, overseeing retail and inventory, and production performance. The GM will oversee 65-75 employees between all locations. This position works alongside the Controller/HR/management to follow all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous managerial experience is needed (5+ years)

Previous auto/ "U Pull It" experience needed (5+ years)

Previous scrap experience needed (5+ years)

Previous auto shredder experience preferred (5+years)

Previous knowledge/understanding of heavy equipment preferred (5+years)
