We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials handling. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We work 10+ hour shifts, 4 days a week minimum and have mandatory overtime.


Responsibilities

  • Perform stock management tasks including receiving, storing, and organizing products within the warehouse.
  • Utilize order picking equipment pallet jacks and dolly to complete picking orders.
  • Execute picking and packing duties to prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct inventory control activities to maintain optimal stock levels and assist with regular inventory audits.
  • Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse.
  • Delivery pallets to customers around Southern California and Central Valley California.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and order fulfillment processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to operate cherry pickers, RF scanners, cranes, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience driving a 16 ft. box truck minimum.
  • Capability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
  • A commitment to maintaining safety standards within the warehouse environment.
