Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, and the safe operation of heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Duties

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload products.
• Build and assemble pallets for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits to maintain accurate records.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders and manage inventory effectively.
• Assist in order picking, ensuring that items are selected accurately and prepared for shipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other heavy equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Physical capability to lift heavy items as required by the job duties.
