GIS Analyst - Project Lead

Job Title A bachelor's degree in geography or a related field and 3+ years of work experience in the development and maintenance of geographic information systems (GIS). 3+ years of experience utilizing ESRI's ArcGIS Maps SDK. 3+ years of experience with scripting and development languages (Python, HTML, CSS, JQuery and Bootstrap, C#). 3+ years of experience with SQL Database, ArcGIS Server Administration for ArcGIS Enterprise. 3+ years of experience with GIS software standards and capabilities; ability to analyze and accommodate GIS user requirements; ability to develop and manage GIS projects effectively. Knowledge of ArcGIS server infrastructure and ArcGIS Enterprise Portal maintenance. ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment.
