We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of GIS Developer/Analyst (ESRI) to work in Sunnyvale, CA

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain GIS solutions using ESRI ArcGIS suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online).
• Perform spatial data analysis, data modeling, and map creation to support business decisions.
• Customize GIS applications using tools like ArcPy, ModelBuilder, or Python scripting.
• Integrate GIS applications with other enterprise systems and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide technical support.
• Maintain and optimize GIS databases, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and performance.
• Prepare GIS reports, maps, and visualizations as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve GIS-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in GIS development/analysis using ESRI technologies.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS Online.
• Strong skills in Python/ArcPy scripting for automation and customization.
• Experience with spatial data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing geospatial databases.
• Knowledge of GIS data formats (e.g., shapefiles, geodatabases, raster data).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
