Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Compensation Manager to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs that align with our global business objectives and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation practices across various regions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive compensation strategies in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and implement global compensation strategies that support the company's goals and comply with local regulations. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.

  • Global Compensation Programs: Oversee the administration of global salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs. Ensure consistency and equity across different regions while adapting to local market conditions.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare and present detailed compensation reports to senior management.

  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and standards. Develop and update compensation policies and procedures in line with local laws and best practices.

  • Compensation Review & Adjustments: Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases and bonus allocations. Monitor and adjust compensation plans as needed based on market trends and organizational changes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with overall business objectives. Provide expertise and guidance on compensation-related matters.

  • Employee Communication: Communicate compensation programs and policies effectively to employees and address any inquiries or concerns regarding compensation.

  • Project Management: Lead or participate in compensation-related projects such as job evaluations, salary surveys, and system implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management, with a focus on global or multi-national compensation practices.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and practices across multiple countries.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience with compensation data analysis and benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in compensation software and tools; experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
