Overview The Global Delivery Hub Business Process Consultant supports end-to-end solution implementation across data, analytics, and cloud integration workstreams. This role is highly hands-on and focused on building, configuring, testing, and deploying scalable solutions using SAP data and analytics technologies while working across modern cloud platforms such as Databricks/DBRX, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS. You will translate designs into working implementations, support migrations, validate performance, and enable successful production adoption. You\'ll work with senior experts and architects to ensure solutions are scalable and clean-core–aligned to accelerate customer cloud transformation and maximize value realization. Responsibilities Execute and deliver end-to-end solution implementation across data, analytics, and cloud workstreams. Build, configure, test, and deploy scalable solutions using SAP data and analytics technologies. Actively contribute to solution realization by translating designs into working implementations, supporting migrations, validating performance, and enabling successful production adoption. Collaborate with senior experts and architects to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with clean-core principles, accelerating customer cloud transformation. Deliver implementation tasks across integration, modeling, analytics, and cloud work packages. Support testing, migration, optimization, and go-live readiness activities. Provide insights on architecture, scalability, and performance trade-offs across major competitive platforms. Work directly within competitive platforms to implement integrations, data workflows, and analytics use cases. Execute PoCs and comparison exercises to guide customers on the right solution approach. Contribute field insights to strengthen SAP positioning. Support adoption enablement, onboarding, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Troubleshoot issues, validate solution performance, and ensure operational readiness. Promote best practices in extensibility, lifecycle management, and data governance. Participate in workshops, technical discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions. Communicate progress and risks clearly with project managers and customer teams. Build positive working relationships to support delivery alignment and customer satisfaction. Contribute to accelerators, reusable templates, and internal best practices. Share knowledge on cloud, SAP innovations, and competitive platforms. Support other team members and participate in internal learning forums. What You Bring Strong hands-on experience in data integration, modeling, analytics, and cloud-native services. Practical working-level exposure to competitive platforms: Databricks/DBRX, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Palantir and OpenSource technologies, including the Apache ecosystem. Hands-on implementation experience with SAP BDC, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, HANA Cloud or other data & analytics tools from SAP. Ability to work across customer teams, gather requirements, and translate them into implementable solutions. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Typically 4–6 years of total experience in data, analytics, cloud delivery, or SAP implementation. Experience contributing to customer projects as an implementation consultant or data engineer. Exposure to competitive cloud or analytics platforms (DBRX, Snowflake, Azure, GCP, AWS). Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes pay transparency is important and provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 70,900 - 159,900 USD. The actual offer will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted amount and actual payout depends on company and personal performance.
