Our award-winning SaaS application has already achieved sizeable success with significant ARR. We closed our Series A in July 2023 and Series B in December 2023. We are growing at an explosive rate and need to continue meeting the needs of our end users as we evolve our platform in a fast-changing environment. 

We are searching for a Global Demand Generation Lead at AutogenAI. In this role, your primary responsibility is to drive pipeline growth by conceptualizing and executing a strategic vision for demand generation. This involves planning, implementing, and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns across various owned and paid channels. 

 This role is both high impact and high visibility, requiring a candidate with experience in working closely with global marketing, sales, RevOps, and product teams to progressively develop and optimize demand generation programs. We are seeking a data-savvy, cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop and implement a global, multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue in the Americas, UK, and APAC. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across platforms including paid social, paid search, website, third-party partner sites, and email marketing. 
  • Lead the implementation of Account-Based Marketing strategies to identify, engage, and convert key accounts globally. 
  • Identify and leverage new inbound channels to generate a steady flow of qualified leads. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global BDR and Sales teams, outside marketing agencies. 
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure transparency within the organization and develop essential data dashboards for the demand generation funnel, aiding in data-driven decision-making related to content and channel effectiveness. 
  • Employ modern marketing automation tools to create targeted, multi-step campaigns efficiently. 
  • Analyze campaign data and insights to guide strategy and execution. 
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization by sharing global learnings, including best practices, campaign performance, persona behavior, industry trends, and content and messaging effectiveness. 

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in a demand generation role with a focus on acquiring new customers. B2B marketing experience and comfort with complex buying committees are required. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS industries. Proven ability to create targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads. 
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in email marketing, ABM programs, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn. Experience with data-driven optimizations and analytics tools is a plus. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with strong analytical skills. Capable of optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics. 
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and optimization. 
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, self-starter who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing diverse stakeholder needs. 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~10%. 

Benefits

 Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience. Comprehensive benefits, 401K, share options and PTO package are also included.
