Exclusive. 50+ year old capital equipment and engineering service is #1 in North America and expanding globally. Business model serves large corporations and governments with on-site capital equipment, IP technology, and field engineers. Plans are to expand organically and through acquisitions. CEO is looking for an executive to strategize, lead, and implement change to optimize operational efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction. Quick overview of responsibilities and opportunities to contribute are:

• Leadership: Partner with GMs and operational leaders on logistics, personnel, quality of service and deliverables to meet goals
• Oversee field operations demand planning and deployment (150+ vehicles and capital equipment; 500+ field personnel)
• Lead construction of ‘Next Gen’ capital equipment with AI technology; Outsourcing vs. insourcing, single/critical vendors, milestones and mapping.
• Maintenance: all capital equipment needs to be maintained and recalibrated
• Key Account Management: ensure strong communications and enhance project reporting; review contracts, understand how customer measures performance; onboard new global customers
• Training and development: Both employees and customers; evaluate existing programs; team on development of new programs due to upgrades on technology and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA required. Seek high energy operations leader coming from a national or global business with field engineers and personal at customer sites (e.g., utility, communications, industrial automation, construction, trucking, telecommunications). Must have operations leadership of all the area mentioned above. Must be willing to travel 30-40%.

REWARD: $220,000 to $260,000 DOE plus 30% bonus target, LTIP, , superior benefits, and upside.
