Job Title: Global Health Program Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a Global Health Program Manager to lead and manage various health research and policy initiatives. The role involves driving strategic global health projects, collaborating with experts, and producing valuable resources such as peer-reviewed publications and training materials. You will also be responsible for evaluating current programs, identifying gaps, and making recommendations to enhance global health research efforts.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Community and Public Health or related field with at least five years of global health experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy & Program Development: Support the development and implementation of scientific policies and initiatives. Conduct research, advise leadership, and ensure the alignment of program activities with global health goals.
• Research & Evaluation: Lead quantitative and qualitative assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of global health programs. Analyze and refine existing programs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, including organizing workshops, building partnerships, and leading steering committees. Track progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership.
• Communication & Collaboration: Develop reports, publications, and other materials to disseminate research findings. Engage with global health leaders and multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and advance initiatives.
• Training & Outreach: Design and implement training programs, develop resources, and manage outreach strategies to maximize program impact.
