The Global HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HEOR department. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing contracts, and overseeing department budget processes to ensure efficient and compliant operations. The Program Coordinator works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful execution of HEOR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track Global HEOR project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract management, including drafting, reviewing, processing, and tracking contracts with vendors and consultants.
  • Oversee department budget processes, including monitoring expenditures, preparing budget reports, and supporting annual budget planning.
  • Support procurement activities, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and vendor onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences, including logistics and material preparation.
  • Facilitate communication between HEOR team members and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices in all contracting and financial activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Global HEOR team as needed.
  • Domestic and International travel up to 10% may be required for meetings, conferences, or project-related activities.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 15%  of the time domestically and internationally may be required for meetings, conferences, or project-related activities.
  • 5+ years of Pharmaceutical or related industry experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination, contract management, or budget oversight, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with contract management or budgeting software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge of Global HEOR or pharmaceutical industry practices is an advantage.

The estimated salary range for this position is $150-165K.  Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location.  This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
