Location: Woodruff, South Carolina Job Type: Permanent Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year Work Hours: 9 am to 5 pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead the formulation and implementation of long‑term and medium‑term global IT strategic plans, align with the company's business development goals, optimize IT resource allocation, and support transnational business expansion and innovation. Be responsible for the construction of transnational IT infrastructure strategy, covering core infrastructure such as SD‑WAN, servers, and storage, as well as security architecture including firewalls, VPNs, and data encryption, to ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. Strictly control global IT compliance, conduct research and implement information security protection regulations of various countries, including EU GDPR, US CCPA and China's Personal Information Protection Law, establish a cross‑regional compliance management and control system, and avoid legal risks. Promote the standardized deployment of cloud architecture across North America, Asia‑Pacific and Europe, formulate unified specifications for cloud resource access, use, and management, and realize collaborative operation of multi‑cloud/hybrid‑cloud environments. Take the lead in promoting the implementation of the ITIL v4 service management framework globally, optimize IT service processes (incident, problem, change management, etc.) and improve IT service quality and user satisfaction. Be responsible for the overall delivery of major global IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, network security reinforcement, office application system iterations, and digital platform construction. Formulate project plans, control progress, costs and quality to ensure projects meet goals on time and with quality. Coordinate L1‑L3 IT support teams in China, the US and Europe, establish a 24/7 global response mechanism, quickly handle various IT failures and service requests, and ensure business continuity. Lead IT cost optimization work, analyze IT resource utilization efficiency and cost structure, explore optimization space for cloud service solutions such as IaaS/PaaS, formulate cost‑control strategies, and reduce IT operation costs while ensuring service quality. Be responsible for the operation and maintenance management of digital platforms within the global IT scope, including cloud platforms, BPM, M365 platforms and various core IT business platforms, to ensure stable operation and normal function iterations, supporting business digital operations. Qualifications More than 8 years of IT‑related work experience, including over 5 years of IT management experience in multinational enterprises. Priority for those with experience managing IT teams and supporting businesses in China, the US and Europe. Complete experience in global IT strategic planning, infrastructure construction, cloud architecture deployment, and ITIL v4 framework implementation; familiarity with core infrastructure and security technologies such as SD‑WAN, firewalls and VPNs. Rich IT project management experience, having successfully led full‑lifecycle delivery of large‑scale transnational IT projects (infrastructure, security, digital platforms), and preference for candidates with PMP or PRINCE2 certifications. Familiarity with information security regulations in major countries and regions worldwide (GDPR, CCPA, China's PIPL, etc.) and preference for cross‑regional IT compliance management experience. Proficient in architectural design and operation/maintenance management of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, etc.), experience managing multi‑cloud/hybrid‑cloud environments, and familiarity with IaaS/PaaS service models and optimization solutions. Mastery of the ITIL v4 service management framework, practical experience promoting its global implementation, and ability to optimize IT service processes and improve service quality. Experience with operation/maintenance of digital tools such as BPM platforms, M365 platforms, servers and terminal equipment, and preference for candidates with understanding of factory IT operation and maintenance scenarios. Excellent cross‑regional team management skills, ability to coordinate diverse cultural teams, and drive team enthusiasm and creativity. Outstanding project management and problem‑solving capabilities, resilient under pressure, able to navigate complex transnational IT challenges.
