We are looking for a Senior Advisor to join our Planning & Performance Management team, offering seasoned expertise and leadership in complex, cross-functional challenges that are crucial to the company's success.
This role involves a strategic position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, where you will serve as a key player in enhancing our risk management practices and overall P&PM efficiency.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis & Guidance: Provide analytical findings and recommendations for P&PM activities, such as business plan preparation, performance tracking, and analysis, as well as accountability reporting.
  • Special Studies & Project Leadership: Conduct and lead P&PM-related studies, develop performance initiatives, create business cases, and conduct benchmarking.
    You will also be responsible for managing risk, redesigning measurements, processes, workflows, and implementing information system changes.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Offer supervision, coordination, and mentorship in P&PM analytical practices, ensuring the execution of tasks by P&PM personnel aligns with our high standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Carry out related staff and analytical duties as required, contributing to the team's overall success.

For Risk Professionals:

  • Serve as the principal advisor on risk management, embedding efficiency and effectiveness in P&PM practices.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in governance and control environments, and support the development of risk management training plans.
  • Review proposals for major initiatives to ensure they meet risk management requirements.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in P&PM.
  • Advanced business degree (e.
    g.
    , MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.
    g.
    , CMA, CFA, CPA) is highly preferred.

For Risk Professionals:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management or related discipline.
  • At least 12 years of direct risk management-related experience.
  • Professional certification (e.
    g.
    , IRM, GARP, PRIA) is an asset.
