Global Sales Member Experience Manager Corporate Apply
Our client, a top-tier international corporate travel alliance, is searching for a skilled Global Sales & Member Experience Manager. This role focuses on enhancing profitability and fostering member engagement through strategic account management and operational expertise.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create and implement account management strategies that drive both transactional and non-transactional revenue growth.
- Maintain ARC lists and integrate them with the company’s CRM systems.
- Load and update airline agreements within the member portal.
- Generate and share contract/ticketing guidelines with partner agencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote best practices and improve overall performance.
- Utilize various software applications to manage and interpret large datasets.
- Process both domestic and international PNRs, including complex ticket exchanges and supplementary airline services.
Requirements
- Verified experience of 5+ years as a Corporate Travel Advisor.
- Comprehensive travel agency background, with a focus on sales and/or operations.
- Proven expertise in at least one GDS platform.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated consultative sales abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours as business demands.
