Our client, a top-tier international corporate travel alliance, is searching for a skilled Global Sales & Member Experience Manager. This role focuses on enhancing profitability and fostering member engagement through strategic account management and operational expertise.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement account management strategies that drive both transactional and non-transactional revenue growth.
  • Maintain ARC lists and integrate them with the company’s CRM systems.
  • Load and update airline agreements within the member portal.
  • Generate and share contract/ticketing guidelines with partner agencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to promote best practices and improve overall performance.
  • Utilize various software applications to manage and interpret large datasets.
  • Process both domestic and international PNRs, including complex ticket exchanges and supplementary airline services.

Requirements

  • Verified experience of 5+ years as a Corporate Travel Advisor.
  • Comprehensive travel agency background, with a focus on sales and/or operations.
  • Proven expertise in at least one GDS platform.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as business demands.

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily desk-based role, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
