Based in Porto in our Shared Business Centre, you will assist the Global Broker team in providing direct support to the Global Buying teams in relation to our annual Broker Fee reconciliation process and periodic reporting processes. This role would ideally suit a candidate with strong analytical skills, excel skills and ability to communicate clearly to various internal and external stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, tenacious individuals, eager to progress and develop their career within a global business. We offer a supportive environment to grow and develop within your specialism.Key Responsibilities:1.Support the UK Broker team with calendar year reconciliation of Global Broker Fee contractsTo collect and consolidate global contract spend from Sodexo countries on a quarterly basis and to suppliers annually. To control accuracy of the spend from Sodexo countries and suppliersTo prepare and update analysis comparing spend from supplier and Sodexo countries to be shared with the wider Broker team and the Global BuyersTo facilitate the agreement on the final, spend value, liaising with Sodexo countries and suppliersTo ensure that the fee calculation adheres to the terms of individual contracts between Sodexo Global and suppliersUpdate relevant trackers on progress and final broker fee values and report to the stakeholders2.Support the Finance Business Partner in maintaining contract terms and calculation rules information the IT systems during each quarterly forecast: Enter new contracts terms into the system with the support of Finance Business Partner.Ensure that periodic invoice schedules are sent to the Shared Services teams and check that invoices are raised on time and correctly.3.Support the Financial Controller with monthly group reporting tasks:Accruals reporting & Balance Sheet ReconciliationsOther ad-hoc projectsWhat You Need to Succeed:Graduate of Accounting, Finance or Business background or accounting qualification studierDemonstrable advanced knowledge of MS Excel systems essential (Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc.) Proven track record of data analysis and manipulationSolid interpersonal and communication skillsGood level of spoken and written EnglishAttention to detail and respect of deadlinesInternational experience and/or exposure an advantageExperience working in Supply Chain/Purchasing environment (desirable)What We Offer:Hybrid work model and flexible working hours;Health & Life Insurance;Meal allowance paid via card;Additional paid leave (birthday, volunteering day, extra vacation day);Access to 6,000+ free online courses;Professional growth opportunities within Sodexo;Participation in multicultural projects;Well-being initiatives to support our teams.
