Global Talent Manager Apply
Have you ever walked into a place and felt right at home? There’s an undeniable energy. People are chatting, laughing and exchanging ideas. No one’s afraid to speak up. And everyone cares – about the work and each other. This is Phocas in a soundbite!
As the Global Talent Manager, you’ll wear two hats - hands-on recruiting for our Global Sales function and US region, as well as leading our global Talent team to evolve our practices to best serve our business as it grows.
You’ll work closely with our Global Sales Executive and their leadership team on talent planning, hiring and recruitment, partnering with our P&C Lead for Sales and the US to deliver a seamless people experience all the way through.
You’ll also lead our Talent function, working closely with our Talent Leads and Chief People Officer to globalise and evolve our practices to support the growth of our business, building thriving talent pools internally and externally.
Here’s how you’ll do that
- Partner with global Sales leadership team and your peers in the global People, Culture & Sustainability team, to develop and implement Talent plans initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive a results-focused, end-to-end recruitment process, with a values-led candidate experience.
- Proactively source, interview and onboard top talent
- Embed DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging) more deeply into our hiring practices.
- Use data, and plenty of conversations, to review our Talent practices and strategies against our current and future business needs, and work with the Talent team to evolve what we do, to service our global business model.
- Bring a global mindset to everything you do; considering the needs of each of our regions and working with our global Talent team to understand and leverage differences.
- Lead the evolution of our Talent function; globalising our processes and practices, looking for innovative ways to do things better, and setting ourselves up for our next phase of growth.
This is what you’ll need to do it
- Solid experience in the Talent Acquisition space, including managing a Talent team
- Ideally, experience working in a global company across multiple regions
- Ideally, experience in the technology / SaaS industry
- The ability and desire to balance between hands-on recruiting and projects / continuous improvement
- The appetite to work fast, be proactive and build relationships with your (internal) customers.
- Deep understanding of Talent best practices and the ability to successfully implement new approaches into a new environment.
