Global Tax Compliance Analyst Apply
A global, industry‑leading organization is seeking a Global Tax Compliance Analyst to support its expanding tax function. This role is ideal for a tax professional who is confident working independently, thrives in a dynamic environment, and brings a strong understanding of both corporate tax and international tax concepts . You’ll play a key role in ensuring global tax compliance, supporting tax provision activities, and contributing to international tax strategy. Compensation: Target base of $95K - 105K with up to 5% annual bonus Location: Willoughby, OH Key Responsibilities Prepare and review U.S. income tax compliance related to international operations (e.g., E&P, Subpart F, GILTI , and Forms 5471 and 8858 ). Assist with income tax accounting calculations , including non‑U.S. tax provisions. Support the development and execution of global tax planning strategies . Conduct research on international tax matters and contribute to tax planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on tax aspects of cross‑border transactions , mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Assist with managing international tax audits , coordinating with external advisors and tax authorities. Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance. Participate in special projects , process improvements, and initiatives to enhance efficiency in the tax function. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field (CPA, JD, or Master of Taxation preferred). 3+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience, preferably within a multinational corporation or public accounting environment. Strong understanding of U.S. international tax rules (Subpart F, GILTI, FTC) and familiarity with global tax concepts. Working knowledge of ASC 740 and experience with tax compliance software; experience with SAP/BPC is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Preferred Experience Exposure to transfer pricing or international tax planning. Professional credentials such as CPA, JD, or Master of Taxation . Experience with SAP or BPC systems.
