This is a distinguished leadership opportunity within one of New Englands premier academic emergency medicine programs, combining strategic administrative responsibility to advance our missions of education, research, and clinical care.The Program Director will provide visionary leadership, administration, and oversight of all aspects of the residency program in accordance with ACGME requirements, upholding excellence in resident education, faculty engagement, clinical training, and program accreditationwhile fostering an inclusive, academically rigorous training environment. In addition, the Program Director will maintain an active clinical role, providing direct patient care and supervising trainees in the Emergency Department.
