Gmi As L Application Support Engineer Apply
Job Title: L3 Application Support Engineer (GMI/AS400)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT. (Onsite Mandatory)
Duration: 6+ Months
Must Have:
- Should be extremely good in GMI/AS400
- GMI application support knowledge is a must, not just admin or L2/L3 support
Experience:
- Proven experience in a dedicated L3 support role, specializing in GMI application and AS400 systems.
- In-depth knowledge of GMI application support, beyond basic administration or L2 support.
- Strong expertise in AS400 architecture, database management, and system operations.
- Hands-on experience in application performance tuning, issue resolution, and incident management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain clear and concise technical records.
- Strong organizational skills.
