Description: Our client is currently seeking a Google Cloud Platform CCAI Developer
REMOTE
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement CCAI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
Efficiently work with Dialogflow CX to create complex and intuitive conversational experiences.
Execute intricate Dialogflow API calls to extend functionality and integration with other services.
Demonstrate proficiency in data engineering, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and SQL.
Lead the architecture and design of conversational AI systems, ensuring they are scalable and meet business requirements.
Possess a thorough understanding of CCaaS and its application in the development of Virtual Agents and Agent Assist features.
Utilize knowledge of Knowledgebase to enrich AI interactions and information retrieval.
