Job Description:
Seeking a Google Looker Developer to design, develop, and maintain data analytics and visualization solutions using Looker. The ideal candidate should be experienced with LookML, SQL, and modern cloud-based data warehouse platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Looker models, explores, and dashboards.
  • Create and enforce LookML coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights.
  • Integrate Looker with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake environments.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Looker Developer.
  • Expert in LookML (development, standards, and style guides).
  • Proficient in SQL with experience writing complex queries.
  • Hands-on with Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with Git version control.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with healthcare data.
  • Knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
