You will be part of a dynamic and collegial team with opportunities to work directly with clients and to expand and shape your own practice.Experience with drafting, analyzing, and negotiating agreements (e.g., teaming agreements, prime and subcontract agreements, license agreements, other transaction authority agreements, and/or grant and cooperative agreements) is essential, along with a broad range of regulatory compliance (e.g., FAR/DFARS) experience. Additionally, experience with bid protests, suspension and debarment, compliance audits, novations, small business programs, GSA schedules, intellectual property and data rights, cybersecurity, labor and employment issues, internal and government investigations, domestic preference requirements, and/or FAA regulatory matters is desirable.
