Gpp Fgpp Subject Matter Expert Sme Apply
We are seeking a highly experienced FGPP (Framework for Global Preference Processing) SME with strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting expertise. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of recent FGPP experience and deep knowledge of preference determination processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced FGPP issue analysis including:
- Triage and issue recreation
- Trace analysis
- Database (DB) and GUI troubleshooting
- Provide deep functional expertise in Global Preference Processing.
- Configure and maintain FGPP:
- Profiles setup
- Rules configuration
- Preference determination settings
- Configure and maintain FGPP:
- Lead technical discussions and customer-facing calls.
- Conduct root cause analysis for preference calculation issues.
- Support production and enhancement activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and compliance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on FGPP experience (Framework, not Classic GPP).
- Strong experience in SAP GTS (Global Trade Services).
- Proven experience in:
- Preference Processing
- Trade Agreements / FTA
- Rules of Origin
- Strong debugging skills including trace analysis and DB validation.
- Experience leading client-facing technical calls.
