This role blends graphic design with illustration, and will play a key part in shaping how the brand expresses itself across campaigns and platforms. You’ll work closely with the brand marketing head to create visuals that feel distinct, thoughtful, and rooted in storytelling. What You’ll Do Translate brand briefs into strong, visually engaging outputs Create original illustrations that add a unique layer to campaigns and brand assets Design for social media, digital campaigns, website, and offline touchpoints Collaborate with content and marketing to build cohesive campaign narratives Contribute to developing and refining the brand’s visual identity Take ownership of projects from concept to execution What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in graphic design Strong illustration skills with a clear personal style (portfolio is key) Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to think in ideas, not just execution Comfort working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Share your profile with Simran ( & agarwal@fausto.in) with a subject line "FAUSTO -Graphic Designer & Illustrator (Mid-Level) Position"
