Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging creatives for social media, ads, branding, campaigns, and digital platforms using both traditional and AI-assisted design workflows.Edit short-form and long-form videos including reels, ads, promos, and brand videos using modern editing tools and AI-powered video tools.Use AI tools for concept ideation, mood boards, visual generation, and creative exploration to enhance campaign development.Generate AI-assisted visuals, graphics, and video elements while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Stay updated with emerging AI design, motion, and video tools to improve efficiency and creative output.Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, feedback, and revisions.Collaborate with social media, marketing, and performance teams to execute creative campaigns.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, creativity, and turnaround time.Ensure creative deliverables are optimized for different platforms and formats.Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in a digital/creative agencyStrong command over Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator (or equivalent)Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Canva AI, or similar toolsAbility to integrate AI into design and video workflows to improve speed and creativityStrong understanding of social media formats, content trends, and platform requirementsExcellent creative thinking, ideation, and visual storytelling skillsGood communication skills with experience in client interactionAbility to adapt to fast-evolving AI design and video technologies
