Currently we are seeking a "Graphic Designer" for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.
Role : Graphic Designer
Location: 100% Remote
Type : Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- Technical Illustration: Create and edit detailed technical illustrations using tools Visio, Adobe Illustrator and screen capture software.
- Project Management Assistance: Help manage projects using JIRA and Confluence by organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and documentation, ensuring that all technical illustrations and supporting materials are accurate and up to date.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure smooth project progress.
Experience:
- Visio Proficiency: Demonstrable experience in creating technical illustrations, flowcharts, diagrams, and other visuals using Microsoft Visio.
- Project Management Experience: Experience using project management tools such as JIRA to manage workflow, tasks, and deadlines in technical teams.
- Confluence Expertise: Proficiency in using Confluence for team collaboration, documentation, and communication.
- Team Experience: Previous experience working with engineering or technical teams, ideally in a tech or industrial setting, supporting project management and documentation efforts.
Education:
- Degree/Certification in a relevant field such as Technical Illustration, Graphic Design, Engineering, or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications (Optional but Preferred): Certifications in project management tools, design software, or relevant technical fields.
