Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, imagery, and tone.
- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for use in digital and print materials, including social media posts, website assets, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with Marketing Director to conceptualize and execute engaging social media campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Design and optimize website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Translate creative briefs and project requirements into innovative design solutions that meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and communicating progress effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including personal brands, restaurant brands, industry groups to support integrated marketing initiatives and campaign launches.
- Maintain organized file management and version control practices to facilitate collaboration and streamline workflow efficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to content creators and interns to foster their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience 3 years as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development, social media content, and web design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective social media content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience with web design principles, including responsive design, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
