Job Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling visual communications that support PSECU's brand, marketing, and business objectives across digital and traditional channels. The role creates high‑quality creative assets for campaigns, web experiences, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, internal communications, and print materials while ensuring consistency with brand standards. Schedule & Work Model Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. Hybrid model: minimum onsite expectation of 40%. Core Responsibilities Creative Design & Brand Development Design and develop creative assets across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Translate marketing objectives, content, and strategy into compelling visual concepts and designs. Maintain and champion visual consistency across all consumer‑facing materials. Ensure creative materials comply with brand, legal, regulatory, and accessibility requirements; review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality before release. Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Legal partners to ensure creative assets meet regulatory and brand requirements. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Content, Public Relations, Digital, Product, and Business Unit stakeholders to develop effective creative solutions. Participate in creative reviews, concept development, and campaign planning activities. Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and brand integrity. Asset Management & Creative Operations Maintain design libraries, brand assets, templates, and creative resources. Organize and manage creative assets to support efficient campaign execution; ensure all assets are properly stored, accessible, and reusable across teams. Print & Production Design Design and prepare print‑ready materials including direct mail, brochures, event materials, branch collateral, signage, and corporate communications. Coordinate with internal and external production vendors as needed. Web & User Experience Design Design website pages, landing pages, and digital experiences using user‑centered design principles. Collaborate with Digital, Content, and Development teams on UI/UX improvements. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts using tools such as Figma. Design Systems & Brand Stewardship Maintain and evolve brand standards, design systems, templates, and visual guidelines. Ensure consistency across digital and traditional channels while supporting the evolution of PSECU's visual identity. Develop and maintain reusable creative assets, templates, and component libraries to improve creative efficiency and consistency. Digital Marketing & Campaign Design Create creative assets for digital advertising, paid and organic social media, email marketing, landing pages, website content, and marketing campaigns. Design assets optimized for engagement, conversion, and user experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (required). Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication (required). 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, digital design, or related creative disciplines. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a deadline‑driven environment. Experience designing for digital channels and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience working in a matrixed, highly regulated environment. Any equivalent combination of experience and education is acceptable.
