The Opportunity We are growing our Design team and are looking for Graphic Designers at multiple levels to help bring our products to life through retail packaging, displays, and supporting assets. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Art Directors, Product Development, Sales, and Sourcing teams to develop creative packaging and graphics that stand out on retail shelves. From concept boards and mockups to production-ready files, you’ll help turn ideas into real products seen in major retailers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or with a few years of experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced consumer products environment. What You’ll Do Design and execute retail packaging, product inserts, displays, and supporting graphics Prepare print‑ready production files, including dielines, bleeds, color corrections, and spot colors Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines and retail partners Assist with mockups, presentations, and concept boards for line reviews and buyer meetings Organize and manage digital design assets and file systems Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and production timelines Research consumer, toy, and retail design trends to support new product concepts Ensure artwork meets quality, safety, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 0–3+ years of graphic design experience (entry‑level and experienced designers encouraged to apply) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Understanding of packaging layout, typography, and color Experience preparing print‑ready files for production Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Nice to Have Experience with retail or consumer product packaging Familiarity with packaging dielines and print production Experience creating mockups or packaging renders What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within a fast‑growing consumer products company Please apply through our careers page, where you can select the role that best matches your experience (Graphic Designer or Junior Graphic Designer). #J-18808-Ljbffr
