Toledo area company seeks on-site creative and detail-oriented Temporary Graphic Designer to support the Communications and Marketing team during a peak project period.

The designer will produce visual content for print and digital platforms, supporting national programs, membership efforts, and special events, including the annual National Convention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for social media, flyers, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Develop print-ready layouts for event programs, signage, and merchandise for the National Convention.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials following Exchange Club branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill design requests and deliver assets on deadline.
• Prepare and package files for production and coordinate with print vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1–2 years of design experience (internship or freelance work accepted).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong visual design sense with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

$23-25/hour / 30 hours/week / Benefits
