If you're ready to help shape the future of skincare in Indonesia and work in an environment that values both craft and candor — we'd love to meet you.You will:Develop high-converting visual creatives for Ads (Meta CPAS)Create static, carousel, and motion based on ad visualsProduce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign scalingEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining strong sales-driven messagingYou are:Bachelor degree from DKV/Arts or similar majorDemonstrated experience in graphic design; background in beauty industry will be considered an advantageStrong portfolio reflecting creative thinking, compelling visual execution, and consistency with brand identityAble to create basic motion graphics for ads with After Effects / CapCut / Similar toolsProficient in Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, IllustratorAble to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timeDetail-oriented with strong execution skills
