JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibility of a Grinder is to perform precision smoothing, polishing, or grinding of various materials. This includes operating grinding machines, inspecting and adjusting finished products, and ensuring that the work area remains clean and organized. Rate of pay starts at $18.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate grinding machines to grind surfaces or parts to specified dimensions and smoothness.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adjust as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
