Job Description
As a Grocery Clerk at Snow's Family Market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked with high-quality products and our customers receive top-notch service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers with locating items, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store layout. Your friendly demeanor and strong work ethic will make you an integral part of our team.
Benefits Include:
Incentive Bonus ($300) on successful completion of probationary period (90 days) and meeting performance goals
Premium pay on Sundays (extra $2.00hr)
Holiday pay (extra $2.00hr)
Earn 5 PTO days within the first year of employment (New Years Day, Memorial Day,4th of July, Labor Day & Thanksgiving)
1 weeks paid vacation (after one year of continued full-time employment)
- Supplemental Benefit plan options
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and rotating product
- Working backstock inventory to fill shelves on the sales floor
- Facing shelves for optimal appearance
- Assisting customers with finding products
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions
- Keeping the store clean and organized
- Helping to receive and unload deliveries
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
