Job Description and Duties
Under supervision, incumbent will perform gardening and general grounds maintenance work and other related work. Incumbent will be expected to work in work crew comprised of multiple employees of varying expertise. Typical working hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Working Conditions
- Requires repetitive movement of heavy objects.
- Works near fast-moving machinery or traffic.
- May be required to respond after work hours.
- Performs other duties requiring high physical demand.
- Operates heavy motorized vehicles.
- Works at elevated heights.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting.
- May be exposed to extreme temperatures, airborne dust, fumes, vapors, chemicals, medical waste and blood borne pathogens, stenuous physical activity and heavy lifting.
