Your Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate technical support, and develop improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency.
  • Report activity status through SFM and JFM boards, escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training to production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
  • Define root causes and implement lasting solutions using appropriate problem-solving methodologies.
  • Develop job instructions, visual aids, troubleshooting guides, and documentation of lessons learned.
  • Support new product launches and programs with technical expertise and training plans.
  • Manage large capital, equipment, tool, cost-saving, and quality improvement projects.
  • Oversee process development, including innovation and design of experiments.
  • Ensure safety compliance, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S standards within your area.
  • Specify new equipment requirements for capacity expansions and product launches.
  • Create investment concepts and manage quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) analysis. 
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics
  • At least 5 years experience in grinding processes within the bearing industry and full understanding of related manufacturing processes
  • Proven leadership skills to build high-performing teams and drive project execution
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and implement new machining technologies
  • Strong decision-making capabilities based on cost analysis and calculations
  • Proficient in English, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiar with advanced quality planning techniques such as FMEA and statistical process control
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to environmental sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship
