Your Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate technical support, and develop improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency.
- Report activity status through SFM and JFM boards, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
- Define root causes and implement lasting solutions using appropriate problem-solving methodologies.
- Develop job instructions, visual aids, troubleshooting guides, and documentation of lessons learned.
- Support new product launches and programs with technical expertise and training plans.
- Manage large capital, equipment, tool, cost-saving, and quality improvement projects.
- Oversee process development, including innovation and design of experiments.
- Ensure safety compliance, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S standards within your area.
- Specify new equipment requirements for capacity expansions and product launches.
- Create investment concepts and manage quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) analysis.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics
- At least 5 years experience in grinding processes within the bearing industry and full understanding of related manufacturing processes
- Proven leadership skills to build high-performing teams and drive project execution
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and implement new machining technologies
- Strong decision-making capabilities based on cost analysis and calculations
- Proficient in English, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiar with advanced quality planning techniques such as FMEA and statistical process control
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset
- Commitment to environmental sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement
