Job Description• Develop and lead a team of training professionals engaged in delivery of domain & process training to employees (New hires & BAU) in respective business unit. • Plan and execute training interventions (New Transitions & BAU) as per WNS SHAPE framework. • Measure & track training efficiency and effectiveness through a set of metrics & periodic reporting. • Design content and knowledge management procedures including the upkeep of training manuals, learning plans/schedules & accreditation criteria. • Be the Practice and Thought leader for cutting edge digital solutions & innovative means to impart training.• Establish and drive ROI for learning investment in people and value delivered to business.Desired Experience and Skills • Graduate / Post Graduate• Overall work experience of minimum 10 yrs minimum 6 yrs. experience as the Training Leader for 100+ people business • Preferred experience in digitalization of training delivery• Knowledge & experience of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodology • Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mindset and adapts to WNS Values• Ability to work through unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid changesQualificationsMinimum graduation with F&A experience must
