Job Description: In the role of Growth Equity Analyst, you will focus on identifying and analyzing high-growth companies that are poised for significant expansion and profitability. Your work will involve detailed financial analysis, market research, and collaboration with senior team members to develop investment theses and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the investment process by preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and associates in the due diligence process and post-investment monitoring.
  • Stay informed of technological and regulatory developments in key sectors such as technology, healthcare, and consumer goods.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity, with a focus on financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Driven and motivated individual with a keen interest in growth equity investing.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
