Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in high-growth companies across various sectors. This role involves conducting thorough market research, financial analysis, and due diligence, as well as supporting the portfolio management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investment Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential investment targets.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and models to assess the viability and growth potential of prospective investments.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process, including the collection and analysis of data, interviews with management teams, and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Investment Memo Preparation: Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
  • Portfolio Support: Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations to the investment team.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on sourcing and executing investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and high-growth companies; understanding of current market trends is a plus.
