Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:- Investment Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential investment targets.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and models to assess the viability and growth potential of prospective investments.
- Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process, including the collection and analysis of data, interviews with management teams, and competitive landscape assessments.
- Investment Memo Preparation: Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
- Portfolio Support: Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations to the investment team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on sourcing and executing investment opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
