Position Overview: As a Growth Hacker, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to accelerate our user acquisition, retention, and overall growth. You will leverage data, experiment with new tactics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth goals. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Design, implement, and optimize growth experiments across various channels including digital marketing, content, and product features.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging growth tactics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Growth Marketer, or similar role with a track record of achieving measurable growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions (experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Proficiency in A/B testing, SEO, SEM, and other growth hacking methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with coding or technical skills (e.g., HTML, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
