About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale our reach across thousands of Tax Professionals. This is not a “social media manager” role.

You will own demand generation, messaging, and funnel performance - directly impacting revenue. You’ll work closely with the CEO to turn a powerful product into a scalable growth engine.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute campaigns to acquire CPAs, EAs, Tax Attorneys and Tax Preparers
• Own the full funnel: Awareness → Lead → Trial → Conversion
• Develop and refine messaging focused on ROI and automation
• Launch and optimize webinars, email campaigns, and lead magnets
• Manage or oversee paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube)
• Turn internal expertise into high-performing content (LinkedIn, video, email, social media)
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS or growth marketing
• Proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and analytics
• Experience working with paid ads and/or managing agencies

Preferred:

• Experience marketing to accountants, attorneys, or professional services
• Webinar and education-based marketing experience
• Familiarity with fintech, tax, or compliance-related industries

This Role is NOT For You If:

• You focus primarily on “brand awareness” without measurable ROI
• You’ve never owned a funnel or revenue target
• You’re looking for a purely creative or social media role
