Role: GSS Expert

Location: Initially onsite for first two Weeks in Northfield, MN- Then Fully Remote

Duration: 1 to 2 Months

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team comprising of the owner, production manager, and personnel in logistics and production to identify and correct system inefficiencies
• Lead the initiation, planning, optimization, and potential customization of all modules of the GSS ERP system
• Help develop and streamline protocols for ERP usage across different departments
• Provide strategic advice to drive business benefits, cost optimization and process improvements while ensuring that the system is being used to its full capabilities
• Provide hands-on training and support to all ERP system users, ensuring proficient use of the software
• Collaborate with the purchasing department, post initial emphasis on production and manufacturing, to enhance their utilization of the system
• Monitor ongoing system usage and provide reports to management on areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working with Global Shop Solutions (GSS) system
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
• A background in strategic planning with a hands-on approach
• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
