Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist airport guests, providing directions to parking areas, terminal gates, and other facilities.
- Answer questions and provide information about airport services and amenities.
- Oversee commercial operations at passenger loading areas, including monitoring the loading of passengers and baggage into vehicles.
- Monitor ground transportation activities to ensure compliance with airport regulations.
- Report any illegal activities or emergency situations to supervisors and public safety officials.
- Work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including exposure to dust, vehicle emissions, fumes, and noise.
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods while performing duties.
- Frequently engage with guests to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Clear communication skills, both face-to-face and via two-way radio and telephone, in English.
- Ability to quickly understand written and oral instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
