We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Guest Relations Manager to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.


Responsibilities

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.
    g.
    VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.
    g.
    room service menus, area descriptions)
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.
    g.
    confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
  • Proven track record in deescalating any setbacks with the guests.
  • Help with the scheduling/man planning.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
    Bachelor's degree is desirable
  • 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
  • Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
  • Strong market sense and results orientation
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
